Hot take: the fancy weekly spreads are a waste of time for actually getting stuff done
Used to spend 45 minutes making detailed layouts every Sunday, but after three weeks of ignoring my own trackers I switched to a single page of bullets and actually finished my workouts and work deadlines.

25 minutes was my breaking point too... switched to a pocket notebook with just dates and a line per task. @the_wren is right, the decoration trap is real. I literally wrote "drink water" on mine and checked it off three times a day for a month. Ended up with more done than any color coded master plan.

Yep the fancy spreads are just art projects disguised as productivity. I wasted so much time color coding things I never checked again. Bullet lists on plain paper let me actually cross stuff off without feeling guilty about an empty habit tracker. Decoration doesn't do the work for you.
