Dropped $400 on a 'pro' framing nailer that jammed every 10 nails
I bought this Senco nailer last spring thinking it would speed up my deck work. First day out, it jammed about 8 times in 2 hours. By the third project, I had spent more time cleaning it than actually nailing. Took it back to Home Depot after 6 weeks and they wouldn't refund, just offered a repair. Anyone else find a brand that actually holds up under heavy use?

Bought a Paslode cordless a few years back and it's been jam free except for one time when I used cheap nails. Reminds me of how my buddy bought a top of the line snowblower that conked out after one season, and my sister's fancy coffee maker broke in 3 months. Seems like half the stuff labeled "pro grade" these days is just marketing hype so they can charge double for something that barely works better than the budget option.

Totally agree Betty, even my "pro grade" drill lost its torque after a year of light use.

Oh man @the_lee you're so right, the "pro grade" label is such a joke these days lol.
