My buddy Dave bought a $900 LG set from a place on Garnett and the salesman talked him into the 5 year plan for another $180. Two years in, the motor died. He called, they sent a guy out, and turns out the plan only covered parts, not the $200 labor. He paid it anyway because what's he gonna do, and then the drum cracked a year later and that was somehow also not covered. He still brings it up at cookouts like it's a war story.
