Just realized my $12 rice cooker from the thrift store on 5th is better than the $80 one I had
Bought a used one for $12 about 6 months ago at a thrift store on 5th just to test if I even liked rice. Turns out it cooks way more evenly than the $80 brand one I had before, and I've used it almost every day since. The cheap one has a simple switch, no buttons, and it just works. Has anyone else found that the basic version of something beats the fancy one?
