Hit 100 days without a single lie, even the small ones.

I started this thing after a bad checkup in Denver where the doctor asked about my diet and I just nodded. The number surprised me because I thought I'd cave after a week, but it turns out most 'white lies' are just to avoid a tiny bit of awkwardness. Has anyone else tried something like this and found it changed how you talk to people?

Most people build their whole social life on those little lies to smooth things over. You realize how much energy goes into keeping that story straight. It forces you to be more direct, which some people really don't like. The filter is gone, so you have to actually pick your words with care instead of just saying the easy thing. It's a brutal way to find out who values real talk.

But what if the filter helps you care, @webb.dakota?
