Man, that story is doing a lot of heavy lifting for something that could just be a weird coincidence. People hand tools back and forth all day at job sites and nobody drops dead twenty minutes later, so maybe the ratchet had nothing to do with it. Sometimes a guy just has a bad day and the tool is innocent.
