Showerthought: my boss blamed our slow ticket times on staffing, then we changed one thing in the kitchen and the whole board cleared
He kept saying we needed two more cooks, but our Friday rush tickets dropped from 22 minutes to 9 after we just moved the printer from the back line to the pass. We didn't hire anyone, we moved a $200 printer 40 feet. Anyone else seen a boss blame people when it was really just where the paper came out?
