Counted my signatures after finishing this Milton binding and got 41, thought I'd miscounted
Usually a book this size runs about 32, so I went back through the whole thing twice and sure enough, two sections got sewn in twice when I wasn't paying attention. Ended up cutting them out and redoing the spine, which added a full evening to the job. Does anyone else keep a tally sheet going while they sew, or do you just trust your gut on the count?
