Warning: The Kickstarter 'exclusive' mini set I backed arrived with broken limbs and no customer service

Backed a dungeon crawler mini set in March, paid $180 total with shipping. Got the box last Tuesday and 6 of the 12 minis had snapped arms or swords, like they got tossed around in transit. Emailed support twice, no reply in 5 days. Checked the campaign page and comments are full of the same issue. I'm stuck with a half-broken set and no resolution. Has anyone else dealt with a KS project that just ghosts you after delivery? What did you do, dispute it or just eat the loss?

Check the chargeback window on your card first, that is your real deadline. Then post your photos and case number right in the Kickstarter comments, that usually wakes someone up. If they stay silent, dispute it with your bank, because $180 buys a lot of super glue and patience you should not need.
