I used to host game nights with printed score sheets and a clipboard every Friday

After buying a cheap dry-erase board at a garage sale 3 months ago, I switched to tracking scores on that and it saves me like 10 minutes of shuffling papers between rounds, but has anyone else had issues with players erasing the wrong column between games?

Players erasing the wrong column between games" - sounds like your friends are trying to invent a new party game called "Guess Which Score I Just Wiped Out." I switched to a whiteboard last month and had a guy accidentally erase the entire round 3 column while trying to fix a typo on round 2. Now I keep a permanent marker for the column headers and tell everyone to use their finger like cavemen instead of the eraser.
