Appreciation post: Switched from a standard 15mm cone wrench to a thin-walled Park Tool CNW-2 for a stubborn locknut on a vintage French hub.
The extra clearance and better bite meant I didn't have to file down a good wrench, saving me about 40 minutes of cussing and a trip to the hardware store.

Yeah, verar21 is right. Sometimes you just need a thinner wrench to get into a tight spot. It's not about wrecking the tool, it's about making it work for the job.
