That one customer who yelled at me over a 50 cent coupon
I work register at a grocery store in Cleveland and this guy last Tuesday flipped out because his store brand beans weren't ringing up with the digital coupon he clipped. I tried explaining the app glitched sometimes but he just kept screaming at me over 50 cents. Has anyone else had customers lose it over tiny amounts like that?

Bet he drove there in a car worth more than I make in a month just to save 50 bucks on beans. Amazing how people treat grocery workers like ATMs with feelings.

@kim191 maybe the guy just hates dealing with expired coupons and line cutters like the rest of us. That nice car is probably the only thing he feels in control of these days. Isn't it funny how we all pick our own little hills to die on?
