Manager saw how I handled a total meltdown at checkout
This guy was freaking out over a coupon that expired, yelling and everything. I stayed chill, explained the policy, and found him a current discount code. My boss watched the whole thing and later said I did awesome. Feels pretty sweet to get that kind of feedback, ngl.

That coupon was probably for like two dollars off paper towels. I get staying calm is good, but it's not like you talked down a bank robber. Kinda funny the manager made it such a big deal.

Yeah I used to be right there with Mason thinking it was kinda silly to make a big deal over small stuff. But what Sarah said about staying calm actually hits different now after I had a similar thing happen at the grocery store. It’s less about the discount and more about not letting a dumb situation ruin your whole mood, you know? That shift in thinking honestly saved me a lot of stress. Makes you wonder how many little things we blow up over for no good reason.
