Had a mailman compliment my brisket once, but the one time I really nailed the smoke ring, my delivery guy just stepped over my plate on the porch to drop off an Amazon box. Guess my cooking only looks good from a distance, not up close where you can see all the mistakes...

Maybe it's just me but delivery guys are probably just focused on not tripping. Your brisket still tasted good right?
