Hot take: my $15 Wahl blade guard quit on me mid fade on a Saturday

Had a walk in at 4pm wanting a skin fade and my guard popped off twice before I gave up and freehanded the rest with just clippers over comb. Customer tipped $10 anyway but I ordered two backups and a $3 screwdriver set the same night. Any of you keep spares of cheap parts like this or just deal with it when it breaks?
