Can we talk about hitting 100 haircuts in a month for the first time?

I always figured 100 in a month was a number only the busy shops downtown could pull off. Last month I hit 103 at my one chair spot in Fresno, and it surprised me more than the extra $800 it brought in. What changed was simple: I stopped taking walk-ins after 5pm and started booking regulars two weeks out instead. Now I am wondering if 103 is a fluke or if I should push for 120, has anyone here made that jump without burning out?
