Wait, so she wants raw dough basically? Because if you pull them out when the middle is still gooey, that's not really a cookie at that point. The whole point of baking is the chemical thing that happens in the oven, the butter melts into the flour and the edges get that crisp chew. If you underbake on purpose you're just eating warm dough with a crispy rim lol.
