Hit 500 customer calls without a single complaint filed. That felt good until my boss changed the goalposts.

I was proud of that milestone after two years of dealing with angry people, but my manager said it doesn't count because I didn't upsell enough. Has anyone else had a win get totally ignored because of some metric nobody told you about?

That's a solid milestone, complaints are the real hard part.
