I finally tried the wiggle test on a Garmin GNS 530 connector instead of just swapping the unit

Had a plane in Tulsa with an intermittent GPS drop that bench tested fine twice, and a 60 second wiggle test on the J5301 connector found a loose pin the whole time. Anyone else got a go-to wiring check that beats pulling boxes?
