I thought my neighbor was crazy about that instant pot thing

After 6 months of ignoring her advice, I finally tried her Instant Pot recipe for chili and it took 35 minutes instead of 3 hours on the stove. Has anyone else been shocked by how well those pressure cookers actually work?
