Why nobody talks about cooking eggs in the microwave until they try it
I used to spend 15 minutes every morning scrubbing a pan after fried eggs. Last month I got lazy and threw two eggs in a mug with some butter, nuked for 45 seconds, stirred, then another 20. They came out fluffy and I only had one dish to rinse. Now I do this every weekday and save about 10 minutes plus all that soap. I still do real pan eggs on weekends when I want that crispy edge, but the microwave version is honestly better for busy mornings. Anyone else ditch the stovetop for a quick microwave hack that surprised them?
