Vent: Everyone swears by grocery pickup but my list never survives it

I used to do my own shopping at the Kroger on 42nd. Then my sister talked me into their pickup service, said it saves time. Six months of orders and I swear they pick the oldest produce or just skip half my list. Last Thursday I got a bag of onions that were already sprouting. Am I the only one who ends up walking in anyway to fix their mistakes? What do you all do when pickup keeps messing up your staples?
