Used to ask my mom everything, now I ask a forum at 2am
Ten years ago if I had a weird question about my car or a rash or a recipe I called my mom in Fresno. Now I type it into a forum and wait for 40 strangers to argue about it. Last week I asked why my kitchen sink smelled like eggs and got 12 answers, 3 of them useful. Where do you draw the line between asking real people and asking the internet?
