The grocery store parking lot debate that split my neighbors in half

Last month at the Kroger on 5th Street, two neighbors got into it over whether to park far away for exercise or close for convenience. One guy swore he saved 15 minutes a week parking up front, the other said his doctor told him walking those extra steps lowered his blood pressure. I stood there with my cart, realizing I'd never once thought about which habit actually wins out. So which side are you on, and has a parking choice ever changed how you do your daily errands?

Do you actually think anyone tracks that stuff on purpose? I feel for both of them honestly because parking has become this weird personality test we never signed up for. Ive been on both sides depending on the day, the weather, and how much energy I have left after work. The guy with the blood pressure thing has a point, but so does the guy who just wants to get in and out before his ice cream melts. At the end of the day were all just trying to survive the parking lot without losing our minds.

Parking far for exercise never once crossed my mind. Do these neighbors actually track their steps, or is it just something to argue about?
