Just found out my tenant's 'haunted' noise was a dryer vent issue

I was showing a unit in Denver last Tuesday and the tenant swore the rattling at 3am was ghosts, turned out the flex vent had come loose and was smacking the wall. Cost me $9 in foil tape and 15 minutes to fix, has anyone else had a 'supernatural' problem that was just bad maintenance?
