Vent: My garage door spring snapped and launched a socket wrench through my drywall
I was out in my garage in Phoenix last Tuesday trying to adjust the tension on my old garage door. The spring let go with a TWANG I felt in my teeth and that socket wrench flew right into the ceiling panel. Took me three hours to patch the drywall and another 60 bucks for a pro to come fix the spring. Has anyone else had a tool turn into a missile like that?
