Drum cleaning is a scam until you hit a greasy dryer at 9pm
After 14 years of just wiping lint and calling it good, I finally pulled the heater box off a Maytag at a duplex in Richmond and one dryer tuneup with a shop vac and degreaser saved the customer a $400 motor replacement, so who else here actually strips the drum instead of just reading the moisture sensors?
