That's a tough spot to be in. Leads can be picky about the small stuff for good reason. You'll get the hang of their way.

Remember when my buddy lost a client over a missed comma in a contract. They said if he couldn't get the paperwork right, they doubted his work. Sometimes the small stuff is the only proof they have you're careful.

Used to think they were just being difficult for no reason. Then I saw a lead pass on a solid rep because their follow up email had a typo. Realized it's not about being picky, it's about showing you pay attention. That small stuff proves you'll handle their account with care. Changed my whole view on why details actually matter.
