PSA: I just found out you can make a whole chicken in the air fryer in under an hour.
I was skeptical after seeing a video from a food blogger in Portland last Tuesday, but I tried a 4-pound bird at 360 degrees for 50 minutes and it came out perfectly crispy... has anyone else done a whole roast chicken this way and have tips for the seasoning?

That "perfectly crispy" part is what got me. I read a whole thing last month about how the air fryer basically blasts the skin with heat from all sides, which is why it gets so much crunchier than a regular oven. For seasoning, I'm lazy and just rub the whole thing with a ton of paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. It never misses.
