My Brussels sprouts went from soggy to perfect in just 12 minutes
I used to roast them in the oven for 30 minutes and they'd always be a bit limp. Last week, I tried tossing them in a little oil and air frying at 380 degrees for 12 minutes, shaking halfway. The difference is crazy... they're crispy outside and tender inside now. Anyone else have a veggie that the air fryer totally saved?

Watched my friend try to make broccoli for years and it always came out like sad, wet grass. She got an air fryer last month and now she makes these crispy little trees with garlic powder that actually taste good, like from a restaurant. It's wild how a simple machine can change your whole view on a vegetable you used to avoid. She went from hating broccoli to eating it three times a week, no joke.

Oh man, I was in the exact same boat with cauliflower! I used to think it was basically edible wallpaper until I tossed some florets with olive oil and smoked paprika in my air fryer, and now I can't get enough of it. A little bit of heat and crunch really brings out the flavor in those boring veggies. It's funny how one kitchen gadget can make you actually look forward to eating your greens.
