Just hit 100 air fryer meals in a row without repeating a recipe
I started keeping a list back in January after getting bored with chicken wings and fries every night. Yesterday I cracked the century mark with a crispy chickpea fajita bowl that actually worked. Anyone else track their air fryer wins like it's a sports stat?

The 40 keepers out of 100 is actually pretty solid, that's a higher hit rate than I'd expect for most people. One thing though, you said you started in January and just hit 100 with the chickpea bowl. That math works out to roughly a new recipe every 2-3 days. That's not a sustainable pace for most folks, but I guess if you're actually tracking it like a sport then you're going for quantity over comfort. I found slowing down to 1-2 new recipes a week kept me from having to scrape burnt cheese off the heating coil every other day. Chasing numbers is fun for a while but eventually you need those repeat recipes to give your brain a rest.

My tofu nugget recipe from February is still my go-to when I need something quick. I wrote down each meal in a notebook and highlighted the ones I'd make again, turned out to be about 40 keepers so far. The trick for me was sticking to one new recipe per week so I didn't burn out on trying stuff.

A notebook with highlighted keepers, that's a pretty organized system. I'd probably lose the notebook after week two and be digging through crumpled receipts trying to remember if I liked that mushroom stroganoff or just tolerated it. 40 out of 100 is a decent hit rate, but it sounds like you're running a little test kitchen in your own home. Next step is probably giving each recipe a star rating and writing a short review for yourself. "Tofu nuggets 5 stars, would eat again during a power outage.
