Hit 100 air fryer recipes saved and realized I am obsessed

I was just scrolling through my bookmarks folder this morning and counted 103 different air fryer recipes I have saved over the past 6 months. It started with basic fries and chicken wings, then I got into making roasted chickpeas and even air fried tofu. The milestone surprised me because I never thought I would use this thing for more than frozen snacks. Has anyone else been shocked by how many recipes they have collected for one appliance?

Found myself in a similar spot last month when I cleaned out my pantry and found three different bags of frozen vegetables I forgot I bought because I kept air frying them. Got way too into making crispy green beans and then moved on to trying to air fry canned biscuits for breakfast sandwiches. Now my partner jokes that I measure time in "air fryer cycles" instead of minutes. The real shocker was when I tried to air fry leftover pizza and it came out better than the microwave ever did.

Honestly I feel this on a spiritual level. I got an air fryer last Christmas and my whole cooking life went downhill real quick. I actually tried to air fry a frozen burrito once and ended up with molten lava on the outside and icy death on the inside. Ngl though, the pizza revelation hit me hard too, now I judge every restaurant by how their leftovers do in the air fryer.
