Finally tried air frying frozen chicken wings instead of baking them

I used to bake my frozen wings at 400 for like 40 minutes and they always came out soggy on one side. Switched to the air fryer last week at 380 for 25 minutes, shaking halfway through, and they were actually crispy all over. Got a bag of the Foster Farms party wings from Walmart for $7.50 and they turned out way better than I expected. Has anyone else had luck with a specific brand of frozen wings in the air fryer?

Toss them in a little baking powder and salt before you air fry them. Game changer for getting that extra crunch without drying them out.

Oh man, you're totally right about that. I tried it on some chicken wings last week and they came out way crispier than usual. The baking powder trick feels weird to do at first but it really works. Just don't go overboard with it or you'll taste it. Good call.
