Swapped my manual client tracking for an AI CRM last month

Used to keep everything in a spreadsheet. Names, dates, notes. Took forever to update after every call. Finally tried an AI CRM that logs conversations automatically. Now I spend maybe 10 minutes a week on follow ups instead of an hour. Has anyone else made this switch and found it worth the learning curve?

Stuck with spreadsheets way longer than I should have. Once you get past the first week of setup, it's hard to go back.

Wait a full week of setup? I got about 3 hours into mine before I gave up and went back to paper notes. What kind of spreadsheets take that long to build out?
