Update: my first referral partner just closed a $12k deal for us
Signed up with a local web design shop here in Columbus about 3 months ago. We do the SEO, they do the sites, we split the retainer. Last week they sent over a client that needed a full rebuild plus ongoing optimization. First time the partnership actually paid off. The $12k is over 6 months, so not huge, but it's real money from someone else's network. How do you guys keep referral partners actually sending leads instead of just shaking hands at networking events?
