Appreciation post: My agency partner in Dallas hit a $50k referral payout with 2 clients, and I was wrong to doubt the split
I fought the 60/40 cut for almost 6 weeks because I thought we were giving away too much, but those 2 clients brought in $50k in referrals during Q1 alone without us spending a dime on ads. Sometimes the partner who does less of the visible work is the one filling your pipeline, and I am done pretending otherwise. Anyone else had a 60/40 split blow up in a good way, or did yours go sideways?

That 'filling your pipeline' line got me cause I used to call partners like that dead weight.
1
