Hold up, you paid two hundred bucks and she didn't even stick around to help you actually use one of those apps? That's wild.

Ngl I paid someone $150 to organize my pantry once and she just rearranged everything so the labels faced out. Like congrats I can read soup cans now but my life is still a mess. I could have done that myself while crying over a spreadsheet about my failing personal goals.

That's rough but honestly not surprising. A lot of these "coaches" are just selling common sense wrapped in fancy terms. The real value comes from someone actually helping you stick with those tools long term, not just handing you a list. Next time look for someone who offers a free 15 minute call first to see if they actually know what they're talking about. A good coach should be focused on your specific problems, not giving you generic app recommendations you could get from a five minute Google search.
