My coworker said my meeting emails were way too long and it clicked
I was sending these huge paragraph updates for our weekly check-ins, and my teammate straight up told me 'no one reads past the first line'. Now I just bullet point the three key things and attach a doc if needed. How do you keep team updates short but still clear?

Yeah bullet points are the way to go. What's your biggest challenge keeping them short?

Actually, the hardest part is fighting the urge to explain every single bullet. @wendys16, it's like you have to trust the reader to get it. That self-editing muscle is the real challenge.
