Finally fixed my leaky kitchen faucet after 4 months of ignoring it

I live in that old building on Elm Street and the drip under the sink got so bad I had a puddle every morning. Watched a 12 minute YouTube video from a plumber named Rick and it literally took me 20 bucks in parts and an hour to fix. Has anyone else put off a simple repair way too long just because you assumed it'd be a huge ordeal?

Rick the plumber saved me too. Was it the one with the orange shirt?

Saw him fixing a neighbor's toilet last week and yeah, orange shirt was like a beacon. It's weird how we all remember the little things about people who help us out, you know?

Makes you think how those small moments stick with us more than the big stuff sometimes. Like a stranger's kindness in an orange shirt is easier to recall than half the meetings I sit through.
