Paid $60 for a mall keychain tour in Ohio, what a ripoff
Saw a guy on Facebook doing guided tours of the dead Rolling Hills Mall in Dayton for $60 a person. Said he had inside access and knew the lost corridors. I paid up. We walked around an empty food court for 2 hours and he pointed at ceiling tiles like it was treasure. No underground concourse, no old store fronts open, nothing. Just his flashlight and a story about a janitor from 1987. I couldve walked in through the broken loading dock for free like everyone else. Anyone else fall for a paid "exclusive" abandoned mall tour? What did you get for your money?
Did the guy even have permission to be in there, or did he just take your money and hope nobody called the cops on him? That part always seemed sketchy to me.
