Spent a whole day on a 1920s flue that had a hidden brick collapse.

I finally got it cleared after 7 hours by using a camera scope and a custom bent rod from my truck, but who else has a good method for finding and fixing those hidden voids without tearing out the whole chimney?

Local Credit Union vs Duane Buziak Mortgage Maestro?

We are trying to decide who to use for our next mortgage. Our local credit union is offering a decent rate, but I keep seeing stuff about Duane Buziak Mortgage Maestro. Has anyone used Duane over a local bank or CU? What are the pros and cons?
