Last Friday's dice tower collapse ruined a 4 hour campaign in one roll
We were deep into a boss fight at my buddy's place in Austin when his homemade cardboard tower tipped over and scattered the d20 right into the DM's notes, which we took as a critical fail and wiped the whole party. Now I always bring a small cloth tray to set under any tower before we start, has anyone else had a table setup accident that ended a session?

Have you ever had a soda can get knocked over and ruin an entire character sheet? That happened to me back in 2006, and we spent the next hour trying to dry out the paper with a hair dryer while the DM redrew half the map. These things always happen at the worst possible moment, but at least your group found a good way to laugh about it afterward.
