Switched from a paper ledger to an app for my cleaning schedule, now my whole week feels different

I ran my house cleaning gig for 7 years with a spiral notebook and a pencil, separate columns for each client's keys, dogs, and preferred scrubs. Last January I finally moved everything to a scheduling app on my phone after I double booked two houses in one Tuesday and lost $120 in cancellation fees. The app reminds me when to restock supplies and shows me the route between jobs, which I never had with paper. My question is, did anyone else make a similar switch and then find themselves way more stressed about battery life than they ever were about a missing page?
