Warning: Mayo on the outside of your grilled cheese is a game changer.

I always used butter, but swapping it for mayo gives a crispier, golden crust every single time.

Always burn the butter, so this is my sign to switch.

That's basically my whole life in the kitchen right there.

Game changer feels strong for a condiment swap. Butter works fine if you watch the heat.
