Pro tip: maybe don't trust the 'cozy' description from a listing agent without seeing the place yourself
I bought a condo in Phoenix sight unseen because the agent swore the 'cozy' 500 sq ft layout was perfect, and now my couch is literally two feet from my stove. Anyone else have a real estate description that was hilariously off base?

That "charming" story is just how they sell everything these days.

Man, I used to think those listing words were just harmless fluff. Like "cozy" meant a nice, warm feeling place. Then a buddy bought a house described as "charming" and it just meant the floor was super uneven and none of the doors closed right. You really can't trust the fancy descriptions at all. Gotta see it with your own eyes or get someone you trust to check it out. That couch by the stove situation sounds like a genuine fire hazard.

Come on, it's just a word. People get way too worked up about this stuff. My place was called "unique" and it's fine.
