Just realized I wasted $400 on a 'fast closing' course that was basically a scam
I signed up for this online program six weeks ago that promised to teach you how to close real estate deals in under 30 days. The guy running it made it sound so easy, like a simple three-step system. I paid the $400 upfront, but the 'training' was just a bunch of recycled blog posts and a few generic PDFs. There was zero actual strategy for speeding up appraisals or title work, which is what I really needed. I feel like a total idiot for falling for it. Has anyone found a legit resource for this stuff that isn't just hype?

Recycled blog posts" is how a lot of these courses are built. Honestly, that $400 is your tuition for learning to spot the hype next time.

It's not just courses, it's a whole business model now. Repackaging free stuff as a premium product happens with ebooks, templates, even workout plans. That "tuition" idea hits hard because we all pay it in different ways, learning which shortcuts are actually dead ends. Makes you wonder what else we're overpaying for just because it's wrapped in nice marketing.
