Just realized my new hoof stand was worth every penny

I finally bought a heavy duty folding hoof stand for about $350 after years of using a cheap one. The old one wobbled so much I'd lose my grip on the foot, especially with bigger horses. This new one locks solid and the height adjusts with a simple pin, saving me a ton of time and back strain on each horse. I probably do 8 to 10 trims a day, and that little bit of saved effort really adds up. Has anyone else found a specific tool that just made your whole process smoother?

Honestly I was the same, I used to think a stand was a stand. My old cheap one made me fight for every trim, especially on my big draft cross. Switched to a solid one last year and it was a total game changer. That stability lets me focus on the cut, not on holding the foot still. The time and frustration it saves is insane, I should have done it way sooner.

Check your math, that's more like 8 to 10 trims a week unless you're a machine.

My old stand's rubber feet wore out in six months flat.
