Notice how every trendy diet fails by making normal food the enemy. Your body just wants fuel, not a fight with your pantry.

Totally get the mutiny thing, that was me with oatmeal. @matthew_jackson15 is right, fighting normal food just makes everything harder.

Tried that once and ended up so hangry I ate an entire family sized bag of potato chips in one sitting. My body basically staged a mutiny for a piece of toast. Now I just eat the stupid brown rice and sweet potatoes and my jeans fit better. Lesson learned the hard, crunchy, and deeply salty way.
