Shoutout to the 3/4 inch plywood over the 1/2 inch for my shed floor
I was building a 10x12 shed last month and had to choose between the cheaper 1/2 inch plywood or the thicker, pricier 3/4 inch for the floor. I went with the 3/4 inch and it feels SOLID, no flex at all when I roll my mower in there. Anyone else faced a similar material thickness choice that paid off big time?

My buddy used the thinner stuff for his garden shed floor and it sagged after one winter. He ended up having to rip it all out and put down 3/4 inch anyway. The extra cost up front would have saved him a ton of work and new materials.

Thinner stuff works fine if you prep the base right.

Tell that to my shed floor, michaelf51, which now has a permanent dip for my clumsy foot.
