I finally painted my kitchen cabinets and it was a funny mess

I thought painting kitchen cabinets was a breeze until I did it myself. I figured I could save some money and have fun with it. So I got the paint, brushes, and started sanding everything down. Halfway through, I knocked over a can of paint by mistake, and it splattered all over my dog who was sleeping nearby. He woke up with a blue streak and ran around the house, leaving paw prints everywhere. I spent more time cleaning up than actually painting. Now I see why people hire pros for this job, but I have to admit, my kitchen looks kind of quirky with those paw print accents. Maybe I'll keep them as a reminder of my DIY adventure.

Honestly, @parkerw14, calling it toddler art might be too harsh on yourself. Toddlers just paint without overthinking, which can be kinda cool. So your special skill could be more about bold expression than messy work.
